This role is about supporting the legal team with essential administration, making sure all internal and external legal rules are met. Your main tasks will involve: Organizing and securing all confidential legal documents and managing databases. Tracking regulatory changes and helping the team with internal compliance reports. Assisting with corporate governance, including preparing for board meetings and managing legal filings. Handling communication and coordination between internal teams and external contacts. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience ideally gained in a corporate or law firm setting. Candidates from the financial services sector are also welcome to apply.
