Responsibilities
Scanning & Digitalisation of Hard-Copy Records Verify physical and softcopy documents against inventory lists provided by assigned laboratories or departments. Digitise files accurately in accordance with established naming conventions and file structures. Perform quality checks to ensure scanned documents are complete, legible, and properly indexed. Upload and maintain digital files in designated shared drives or document repositories in accordance with SIFBI guidelines. Comply with SIFBI data protection and confidentiality policies when handling sensitive information. Archival and Administrative Support Liaise with researchers to verify completeness and accuracy of scanned records. Ensure proper indexing, version control, and archival of digital files. Support compliance with audit, intellectual property, and data governance requirements. Assist with scanning of additional ad hoc hardcopy materials when required.
