Event Executive Interns(3/6months), Singapore

About the Role We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Event Executive Intern to join our team. This role goes beyond marketing , you will be involved in both event planning and on-ground execution, including concerts, showcases, and lifestyle events. We are seeking someone who not only generates ideas, but is also hands-on and able to bring concepts to life. Key Responsibilities Brainstorm and propose creative marketing ideas for events (concerts, showcases, lifestyle events) Execute event from idea to rollout (social media posts, content, activations) Create and publish content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu, etc.) Assist in on-ground event execution (setup, coordination, crowd engagement) Coordinate with designers, vendors, and partners to ensure deliverables are completed Manage timelines and ensure tasks are followed through to completion Monitor campaign performance and actively suggest improvements What We're Looking For Strong interest in events, marketing, and entertainment A doer mindset - able to take initiative and execute, not just ideate Creative with a good sense of current trends and social media content Comfortable being hands-on (both online and on-site during events) Basic skills in Canva / CapCut / Adobe tools is a plus Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points Experience in content creation or managing social media pages Passion for concerts, music, or live entertainment Able to multitask and adapt quickly during live event situations What You'll Gain Real experience in end-to-end event marketing & execution Opportunity to turn your ideas into actual campaigns and events Exposure to live event operations and industry connections Build a strong creative and execution portfolio
