Office Facilities & Administration Executive ( 2 Year contract), Singapore

OVERVIEW & IMPACT: Samsung Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd ( Device Solution) is a global leader in Semiconductor technology that drives the world's most advanced semiconductors, and devicesolutions technologies. We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager that will be responsible for the endtoend general office administration of our regional office. The role is a blend of office & facilities management ( include fire safety and security), administration & coordination and office support. The incumbent will ensure that the workplace runs safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with corporate policies and local regulations, thereby enabling the business to focus on its core technologydriven objectives. Incumbent needs to be comfortable with a 2 year employment contract (renewable).
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Office and Facilities Management Office Security, Housekeeping & Fire Safety Office Supplies & Inventory Control Procurement & Vendor Invoice Managemen General Admin Duties & Office improvement projects Travel arrangement and Management QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS: Diploma in business administration or equivalent At least 5 years of General administration experience Proficient with MS and Powerpoint Excel Good Team player Detail oriented with good organizational skills Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
