Senior/ QAQC/ Maintenance Supervisor (Construction), Singapore

Job Description:- Responsible for rectifying defects as listed out by the Project Manager / Architects / QAQC Manager anytimeduring the construction stage till the issuance of the Maintenance Certificate by the Architect. To lead a team of workers to rectify defects, as assigned by the QAQC Manager / Asst QAQC Manager / QAQC Executive during the DLP. To assist the project teams during the pre-TOP period, to rectify and prepare finished works for TOP inspection, as directed by the Directors / GM.
Job Requirements:- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 1- 2years QA/QC experience in the construction industry (main contractors preferred). Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with site and project teams.
