Tracking and managing the orders under Operations Support Team Assisting Manager to generate and analysis operation report and make recommendation for improvement Assisting customer and Customer fronting Unit (CFU) in provision matter Supporting Business to manage and provide excellent service to customer Providing provisioning update and respond to customer enquiry Coordinating with customer for service delivery issue Meeting customer on site to clarify issue if require Conducting site survey and brief customers on service delivery needs and requirement at customer sites Performing order management of fibre based product and ensure orders are commissioned on CRD (Customer request date).
Skills For Success
Min qualification ITE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical engineering or equivalent. Min 2 to 3 years working experience in Engineering (Technician) or equivalent experience. Knowledge in WAN technologies – Layer 1. (e.g.: Leased Line, Internet, Metro Ethernet, SD WAN, etc) Have a passion for customer service and possess excellent customer handling skills. Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure. Good communication and written skills in English or Bilingual preferred. Good in report writing and presentation skill.
