Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our team and provide excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in-person to provide accurate information and support Manage appointment bookings, including scheduling, sending reminder calls, and SMS notifications to ensure client attendance Operate front desk functions such as client registration, accurate data entry, and maintaining up-to-date records Perform cashiering tasks including processing payments and handling transactions efficiently Conduct stock-taking activities to maintain accurate inventory records Promote company services and products to clients to support business growth Maintain cleanliness and organization of the waiting area and product displays to create a welcoming environment Complete opening and closing duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support clinic operations Required competencies and certifications Minimum Diploma with relevant experience in customer service or a similar role Bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse clients Availability to work weekends and retail hours to meet operational needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrated proactive approach with ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Professional and customer-oriented attitude to enhance client experience Benefits Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for career development and skill growth
