Job Responsibilities: Customer Outreach:
Contact potential and existing clients via phone calls to promote skincare products, treatments, and services Product Promotion : Clearly explain the benefits of beauty and skincare products, treatments, and ongoing promotions Appointment Scheduling : Arrange consultations, product demonstrations, or treatment appointments with beauty consultants Sales Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls, handle customer enquiries, and encourage repeat purchases Target Achievement : Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback on products and services and report insights to management Job Requirements: Telemarketing / Sales Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred beauty or skincare industry experience is an advantage Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone Strong Persuasion & Negotiation Skills: Confident in pitching products and closing sales Good Time Management: Able to handle a high volume of calls efficiently while completing follow-up tasks Customer-Focused Mindset: Attentive to customer needs and able to recommend suitable solutions Eligibility Requirement: Open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents (PR), and LTVP holders with valid work rights only Work Details: Location: Robinson Road Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5pm/9:00am - 6:00pm/ 10:00am - 7:00pm Our Website
