M365 Application Developer Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft365 development frameworks including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerPlatform, and Microsoft Graph API Responsibility Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft 365 development frameworks including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph API Build responsive, mobile-friendly web parts and extensions for SharePoint Online Create custom connectors, workflows, and automation solutions using Power Automate Develop low-code/no-code applications using Power Apps for business process automation Customize and extend existing Microsoft 365 applications (Teams apps, Outlook add-ins, SharePoint solutions) Security & Compliance Implement security protocols, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and data loss prevention strategies Ensure applications comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements Configure and manage application permissions and access controls in Azure AD Administration & Support Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive environments Migrate data from on-premises or legacy systems to Microsoft 365 Provide technical support and training to end-users on developed applications Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Business stakeholders Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, configurations, and development processes Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing Requirement Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in software development. Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365/SharePoint development.
