We're Hiring: Life Coach / Personal Development Coach / Mentor Singapore (Hybrid) Full-Time Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions with clients Help individuals identify goals and develop actionable personal growth plans Support clients in areas such as confidence, mindset, productivity, leadership, and well-being Facilitate workshops, group coaching sessions, and development programs Track client progress and adapt coaching strategies based on feedback and outcomes Provide accountability, encouragement, and structured guidance throughout the coaching journey Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical coaching standards Collaborate with organizations or teams on leadership and employee development initiatives Requirements Experience in coaching, mentoring, counseling, training, or personal development roles Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and guide individuals through growth and behavioral change Empathetic, organized, and results-oriented mindset Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities Ability to manage multiple clients or coaching programs effectively Comfortable working in a hybrid setup Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore Fluent in English Nice to Have Coaching certification (e.g., ICF or equivalent accreditation) Background in psychology, HR, education, wellness, or leadership development Experience facilitating workshops, seminars, or corporate training programs Familiarity with coaching frameworks, behavioral models, or assessment tools Experience supporting professionals, executives, students, or community groups
