Beauty Category Manager, Singapore

Job Description:
Take full accountability for the Beauty category P&L and deliver against targets. Craft and implement the category strategy aligned to broader business objectives. Hire, coach, and elevate a high-performing category team oversee development and performance management. Work seamlessly with local and regional counterparts to execute initiatives. Track category trends and understand both seller and buyer behaviors to inform decisions. Identify, establish, and scale strategic partnerships within the local ecosystem.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Minimum two years of working experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm Experienced in the beauty or FMCG category is a plus Strong communication and senior stakeholder management Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills Strong business acumen Ability to work in a dynamic environment
