Job Summary Register patients for consultations and assist with scheduling appointments. Prepare and dispense medications while advising patients on payment options. Handle phone and walk-in queries professionally and with care. Support doctors by assisting with simple procedures such as taking vitals, performing tests, and preparing lab materials. Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment. Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and doctors to complete additional duties as needed. Responsibilities Register patients accurately and manage appointment scheduling to ensure smooth clinic operations Prepare and dispense medications following prescribed instructions and advise patients on payment options Respond to phone and walk-in patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy to provide excellent customer service Monitor medication and supply levels by topping up, packing, and ordering as needed to maintain clinic readiness Assist doctors during simple medical procedures by taking vital signs, performing tests, setting up equipment, chaperoning, preparing lab tubes/forms, and conducting urine tests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment to support a safe and efficient workspace Support Clinic Manager and doctors by performing additional duties as required to ensure effective clinic functioning Adapt quickly to cover shifts on short notice to maintain consistent clinic service Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum GCE 'O'/ 'A' Levels or Diploma holders Enrolled Nurse or Staff Nurse Experience in healthcare or clinic support roles willingness to undergo further training Comfortable using computers and the Internet to support clinic administrative tasks Strong interpersonal and customer service skills demonstrated through patient interactions Demonstrate a humble, hardworking, and responsible attitude in daily work
