Customer Service Associate, Singapore

Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service and creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: Provide friendly and professional service to walk-in customers Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs Replenish and manage store inventory Perform cashier duties and handle transactions accurately Assist in shifting store displays and setting up visual merchandising Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including housekeeping tasks Requirements: Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or ITE qualification No prior experience required (training will be provided) Willing to work on
3 rotating shifts Able to work
5.5 days a week , including
