Role Overview This role is responsible for managing the
day-to-day operations of an internal creative studio , ensuring smooth delivery of client projects through effective scheduling, resource coordination, process optimization, and stakeholder management.
THIS IS A 1 YEAR CONTRACT ROLE SUBJECT TO CONVERSION TO FULL TIME OR EXTENSION BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEDS.
Responsibilities Oversee daily studio operations to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and productive creative environment. Manage studio slot bookings and schedules, balancing client demand with in-house and flexible resources to optimize utilization. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring a smooth end-to-end studio experience. Coordinate resources across in-house teams, freelance partners, and vendors to ensure projects are staffed appropriately and delivered on time. Own task management, handovers, and communication across stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently. Ensure all deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget considerations. Develop, document, and continuously improve studio workflows, guidelines, and operational processes to drive efficiency and scalability. Support the onboarding of new tools, vendors, and production capabilities, with a focus on agility and operational effectiveness. Track and report on studio utilization, scheduling efficiency, and operational performance, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across multiple markets to support regional execution and adaptation of creative programs. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of experience in studio operations, creative production management, or similar operational roles. Strong experience managing schedules, logistics, and resource allocation in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external partners. Solid project and process management skills, with experience improving workflows and operational efficiency. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong customer-service mindset. Comfortable working across multiple markets or regions and managing competing priorities.
Preferred Requirements Experience working within creative studios, digital agencies, production houses, or advertising environments. Familiarity with studio booking systems, production management tools, and reporting frameworks. Experience managing both in-house teams and freelance or contract resources. Exposure to digital marketing, advertising production, or social media content workflows. Interest in process innovation, scaling operations, and leveraging new tools or technologies to improve efficiency.
