Mission
Define the Communications plan, supporting the business lines' strategic marketing plans, in line with Michelin Group's communication strategy. You will adapt the strategy to the needs and ambitions of the countries and support implementation within the framework of Go-to-Market activations.
Develop a comprehensive regional communication plan for all B2B business lines. Regionally guide and support the countries in activating and amplifying Owned, Shared, Earned, and Paid media (OSEP), leveraging local opportunities, with the Regional Media Manager and Regional Digital Communications manager. Drive regional and local SEO and GEO (generative AI engine optimization) strategies for all business lines. Develop and drive local and regional social media strategy, including AI applications where appropriate, ensuring ROI maximization. Ensure activation of all necessary assets provided by business lines. Deploy global campaigns to countries Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement and deploy business lines' engagement plans at the regional/country level, including events, showcases etc. Leverage customer data and studies to facilitate campaigns for upselling, cross-selling, and to promote retention and engagement. In collaboration with support teams, design and develop sales support tools, including applications. When necessary, ensure hierarchical management of the commercial communication team within the perimeter (central or local). Responsible for regional B2B communications/engagement budget, ensuring achievement of business objectives, overseeing annual allocations to countries, preparing ROI analysis and ensuring year-end landing.
Who We Are Looking For
Obtained a bachelors/masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 8-10 years of experience in commercial communications / marketing communications Experience in developing and executing 360° communication plans and campaigns Experience working in regional roles Experience with budget management Ability to contribute to and translate strategic positioning into actionable communications plan Knowledge of digital media strategy along the Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned framework, i.e. social media strategy, search, SEO, GEO/AIO etc Strong stakeholder management skills across global, regional and local teams Agile, proactive, and highly collaborative Strong English proficiency
