Career Craft Labs is hiring Country Sales Representatives to drive expansion across Southeast Asia. This is a fully remote, high-impact sales role focused on growing our presence in SEA. We are a fast-growing HR solutions company working with leading global organisations to transform how they hire, assess, and develop talent. Our solutions are already trusted by large enterprises, and we are now scaling across new markets.
This is a fully commission-based role with high earning potential - there is no base salary.
This is a network-driven position, meaning the stronger your existing connections with HR leaders, business heads, and decision-makers in your market, the faster you can generate results. If you already have a strong professional network in your assigned country, this role becomes significantly easier and more rewarding from day one.
What you'll do: Own growth for your assigned country (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, or China) Identify and engage HR leaders, business heads, and decision-makers Book qualified meetings and build a strong sales pipeline Present our HR solutions in a clear, compelling way Drive conversations from first contact to conversion support Consistently hit and exceed outreach and revenue targets
What we're looking for: Experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition Strong ability to open doors and book high-quality meetings Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely Proven ability to convert conversations into business opportunities
