Job Summary We seek a creative 3D Designer passionate about event and creative concept design to produce innovative visuals and support high-profile luxury brand events and decor projects. Responsibilities Interpret and apply the agency's vision and design aesthetics to ensure consistent design sensibility across events and exhibitions Research and develop innovative creative concepts that align with client brand guidelines and standards Produce high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and animations of event and exhibition sets and environments Create detailed site plans and floor plans for event setups Provide the production team with comprehensive drawings and materials for fabrication and production Prepare presentation materials including mood boards, mock-ups, and walkthroughs to communicate design concepts Revise and update design proposals promptly to meet project timelines Liaise with production vendors and oversee on-site setup to ensure design execution meets intended vision Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Design (Exhibition, Interior, Architecture, or related fields) with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in Event/Exhibition Design and Festive Decor for fashion, luxury, retail, or premium lifestyle industries Proficient in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or SketchUp with strong skills in 3D visualization rendering and modeling Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to sketch to support design development Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and emerging event technologies Creative in developing fresh, innovative spatial design concepts for stage, event sets, and decor Strong attention to detail with effective project and time management skills Experience in graphic design and use of AI tools to enhance design work Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Willingness to work late nights to meet deadlines when necessary Good understanding of design trends and modern aesthetics
