Description
This is a role for a start-up talent who appreciates the opportunity and platform to scale a business from scratch in the region. The client has a very strong foothold in North Asia and presence in Europe & North America and are now prioritising SEA for growth.
Our Client: A multi-billion dollar conglomerate with strong global footprint within the health & wellness space with a mission to expand their
supplement portfolio
into the APAC region with Singapore serving as the regional hub. They have invested heavily in a
central office space , a
prime location
for the flagship store and are now looking for a driven sales leader to spearhead the business growth.
The role: As an
entrepreneurially driven
sales talent, you will be given the opportunity to spearhead & pioneer the company's growth across the region covering various channels including: Modern Trade, E-commerce, Traditional Chinese Medicine Stores, Retail pharmacy channels (Guardian, Watsons & Unity) as well as oversee its growth in other channels (including its own flagship store).
Key Responsibilities: Regional Go-to-Market Execution:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate the region, starting with top-tier
Retail pharmacy chains, Modern Trade Channels,
and
flagship retail partners . Channel Development:
Identify, onboard, and manage key accounts within retail pharmacies (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, Unity) and relevant flagship stores. Foster long-term partnerships that drive growth. Sales & Revenue Growth:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective business planning, promotional execution, and channel-specific strategies.
Requirements: Sales or business development experience in FMCG with start-up experience Experience in launching new brands
&
scaling brands from 0 to 1
is a big advantage Ideally regional exposure in SEA Strong network and understanding of the regional
retail pharmacy & modern trade landscape . Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives from scratch. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Mandarin speaking is mandatory as you will be liaising heavily with North Asian stakeholders in the role
