Candidate Profile:
The role needs someone who is between 7-10 yrs experience and energetic to fit in a dynamic environment. Someone who has demonstrated in their past roles that they have the temperament to stay with the company and not jump ship quickly
Overview Our client, a leading global asset management firm, is seeking a highly capable and commercially aware Executive Assistant to support the Head of Institutional, Asia Pacific.
This is a pivotal role within a growing APAC office, requiring an individual who can operate with maturity, discretion, and strong stakeholder engagement across internal teams, private banking clients, and institutional partners.
Key Responsibilities Executive & Calendar Management Provide end-to-end calendar management across multiple time zones (APAC, US, Europe) Coordinate complex scheduling including leadership visits from global headquarters Act as a central point of coordination for senior stakeholder engagements Travel & Logistics Manage detailed travel planning including international itineraries, visas, and last-minute changes Ensure seamless execution of travel logistics for the Head of Institutional and visiting leadership Client & Event Coordination Support the planning and execution of client-facing events with private banks and institutional partners Liaise directly with external stakeholders to coordinate meetings, roadshows, and events Ensure high-quality client experience aligned with the firm's brand Stakeholder Management Collaborate closely with internal teams across regions, particularly US headquarters Build strong working relationships with private banks and institutional clients Act as a trusted liaison between senior leadership and key stakeholders Office & Operational Support Support day-to-day office coordination for a lean and growing team (5 members currently) Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Candidate Profile 7–10 years of experience in Executive Assistant or similar high-touch support roles Prior experience supporting senior leadership within financial services, asset management, or private banking preferred Strong exposure to client-facing environments and event coordination Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently across cultures and seniority levels Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently Culturally aware and comfortable working across global time zones Proactive, discreet, and solutions-oriented mindset
