Assistant Manager, Concierge
to lead our front-of-house team at a prestigious high-end residential development in the heart of Marina Bay. This is a pivotal leadership role for a service professional who thrives on interpersonal interaction and takes immense pride in delivering a 'Gold Standard' resident experience. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership : Lead, mentor and inspire a dedicated Concierge team to achieve excellence in daily operations Service Excellence : Enhance and uphold bespoke service standards, ensuring every resident interaction is seamless, professional and personalized Strategic Partnership : Work closely with the Management Team to align concierge operations with the overall estate management goals Operational Management : Oversee roster planning, handle complex resident inquiries and ensure the lobby and communal facilities reflect the luxury status of the development Requirements: Experience : Proven track record in luxury hospitality, premium residential services or high-end guest relations Soft Skills : Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds Leadership : Strong team-building skills with a passion for coaching and developing staff Flexibility : Ability to work a 5-day work week (including weekends) on a rostered basis Availability : Must be comfortable with 12-hour shifts on selected Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, as well as working on Public Holidays.
