Position Overview: We are looking for an energetic and innovative Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. The perfect candidate should possess substantial expertise in managing social media, SEO, and marketing across platforms like Facebook, Instagram & Xiao Hong Shu. This position demands a thorough grasp of marketing and branding tactics to engage our desired audience successfully and enhance our brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities: Help create, schedule, and share engaging content across our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, and potentially others and TikTok. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on all social media platforms, encouraging meaningful interactions and addressing inquiries in a timely manner. Assist in maintaining social media calendars to ensure regular posting that aligns with key promotions, events, and company milestones. Research industry trends, competitor activities, and new social media platforms to discover fresh opportunities for engagement and outreach. Join brainstorming sessions to develop compelling visual and written content, including graphics, videos, and catchy captions. Help track and report key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our strategies. Stay informed about the latest social media best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging trends, suggesting improvements to our approach. Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Expert. Exceptional consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills. Proven experience in social networking and familiarity with social analytics tools. Understanding of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO. Knowledgeable about online marketing and proficient in major marketing channels. Upbeat attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
