Plant Manager (O&G / Aviation) - East, Singapore

Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and run day-to-day plant operations to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations on output, quality, and on-time delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across productivity, digitalisation, and operational excellence to meet and exceed targets. Increase production capacity, asset utilization, and operational flexibility while minimizing costs, controlling overtime, and maintaining quality standards Own business performance including production output, sales revenue plans, operating profit targets, and overall cost management. Allocate human resources effectively, fully utilize assets, delegate accountability, and build a high-performing, engaged team with strong retention Implement strategies aligned with corporate initiatives and participate in regional and global operational reviews Champion plant safety and compliance Requirements: Degree in Engineering At least 10 years of experince in Oil and Gas / Aviation Manufacturing Strong Leadership Location: East
