Call Centre Executive, Singapore

Basic information: Monday to Friday
Salary from $2,300-$2,800 (Depending on experience)
Incentives up to $800 a month, with other bonuses

Job Description: Make outbound calls to potential customers
Generate and qualify leads
Arrange appointments for sales team
Follow up on inquiries and prospects
Update customer records in CRM/database
Meet call and lead generation targets
Prepare basic sales reports
Maintain professional communication with clients
