Assistant Project Manager (Software & System Integration), Singapore

About the Role: Be part of our growing team by driving end-to-end software development and system integration initiatives. In this role, you will oversee technical delivery, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful implementation of solutions that meet business and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage full-cycle software development, implementation, and system integration projects. Oversee system architecture design, development methodologies, and end-to-end integration of solutions. Monitor system performance and operational readiness during installation, configuration, and testing phases. Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams of software and hardware engineers in conducting optimisation testing and ensuring system stability and reliability. Provide technical leadership and support in resolving issues related to systems, equipment, and applications. Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Ensure all deliverables align with business objectives, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Act as the key interface between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment across all parties. Requirements / Qualifications: Strong initiative with a positive, proactive attitude. Passionate about technical operations and system support. Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
