Join a professional Customer Helpdesk Operations team supporting business users in a structured and fast-paced customer service environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping users resolve enquiries and submission-related matters involving applications, licences, project plans and other official documentation, while communicating confidently across phone, email and messaging platforms. Training and guidance will be provided for suitable candidates, including fresh graduates who are keen to build a career in customer support and operations. We are looking for positive and service-oriented individuals who enjoy helping people, can remain calm under pressure, multitask effectively and work closely with teammates to deliver responsive and professional customer support services. Key Responsibilities Provide prompt, professional and high-quality customer support in a call centre environment. Assist users over the phone to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Handle enquiries and aim for first-call resolution whenever possible. Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email. Ask relevant questions to identify and understand customer issues. Escalate complex issues to supervisors, Level 2 support or third-party vendors within service timelines. Coordinate with vendors and follow up to ensure timely resolution of issues. Follow up with users to confirm that issues have been resolved satisfactorily. Maintain clear communication within the team on ongoing issues and updates. Record, track and document all incidents, actions taken and resolutions. Gather customer feedback to support service improvement. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports. Ensure compliance with company service standards and operational procedures. Retrieve and extract voice recordings when required Requirements ITE Certificate, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT, Business or related fields will be an advantage. Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience in a Call Centre, Customer Service or Helpdesk environment will be an advantage. Fresh ITE graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Able to multitask and support different operational assignments when required. Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work well independently as well as in a team environment. Good communication skills in English are required. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage to support and assist Mandarin-speaking customers where necessary. Due to project security clearance requirements, only candidates eligible for the required clearance maybe considered What We Offer Month salary range: $2,400 - $2,900 5-day compressed work week Regular working hours: 8.00am - 6.30pm Paid daily overtime provided (separate from base salary) Stable and structured work environment Friendly and supportive team environment Training and guidance provided for suitable candidates Exposure to operational and technical support functions and opportunities to gain valuable customer service and helpdesk experience.
