MACHINING SETTER, Singapore

Job Requirement 1. Perform machine setup and tooling preparation 2. Set work offsets and tool offsets 3. Load and run CNC programs 4. Perform First Article Inspection 5. Troubleshoot machining issue and adjust parameters 6. Ensure product quality meets specifications 7. Need to support Penang Production when necessary Requirement: 1. NITEC/Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Precision Engineering of related field 2. Minimum 3-5 years CNC machining experience 3. Experience in 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis machining 4. Able to operate and set up Mazak/ FANUC.CNC Machines 5. Familiar with Mazatrol and G-code programming 6. Familiar with various types tooling 7. Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T 8. Knowledge of machining materials: stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, plastics 9. Experience using measuring instruments: Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge
