Lift Manager (Owner side, Residential Estates), Singapore

Our client is an established organization within the public sector and is currently seeking a Lift Manager to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development.
What you will do Responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and performance of lift systems across estates. Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and inspections Monitor lift performance and respond promptly to breakdowns or service disruptions Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational excellence Review and manage maintenance contracts, service reports, and technical documentation Evaluate tenders and quotations for lift-related projects Handle feedback, complaints, and incident reports related to lift operations Work closely with internal teams to support asset management and improvement initiatives What you will need Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Management, Facilities Management Min 3 years of relevant experience in lift maintenance and in managing township Familiar with BCA lift regulations, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) practices, and public housing estate management standards.
