We are seeking
dedicated Freelance Job Coaches
to support students with special needs in securing and sustaining meaningful internships and employment. This role requires
commitment and responsiveness , including
emergency on-site support
when needed. Job Scope Includes:
pre-on-board employer job coach training workplace support system setup Conduct pre Internship/Employment training onsite job coaching visit and support including ad-hoc emergency workplace support Employment training for Graduates Employment Support Training for Employer Onsite Coaching Commitment:
Previous experience as a job coach is a bonus Previous experience coaching/ teaching or engaging students with special needs $400 Per successful placement
