About the role
As an Automotive Workshop Executive at ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the supervisory of the maintenance and repair works for all vehicles. This full-time position requires hands-on technical expertise to ensure the safety and reliability of our vehicles, contributing to the overall success of the company's operations.
What you'll be doing • Support the Workshop Manager in managing the workshop operations and ensure all KPIs are met. • Ensure operation costs including but not limited to material, manpower, and operating are kept within the operation budget. • Review and enhance the existing systems without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost. • Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. • Produce statistics and reports, to review performance and recommend procedural enhancement for discussion • Establish, implement and monitor safe working practices and procedures. • Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and sites to ensure workshop conforms to all health & safety regulations.
What we're looking for Relevant Diploma / Bachelor's Degree qualifications in Automotive Engineering or a related field Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a commercial vehicle workshop Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Proficient in the use of workshop tools and equipment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safety and quality standards
