Introduction In this role, you will establish professional servicing of our renowned full-service research protocols for brands—methodologies trusted by leading global brands for years. You'll work alongside a well-established support team and collaborate with researchers across the region to deliver high-quality projects.

Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end management of research projects with precision and professionalism, ensuring error-free execution of both simple and complex projects with minimal supervision. Develop high-quality questionnaires, reports, and templates while performing thorough quality checks on deliverables. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for client reports, securing alignment with more senior team members/sales directors when required. Confidently participate in client presentations, clearly articulating findings and addressing queries with poise. Maintain proactive and clear communication with both clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating cultural awareness and professionalism. Troubleshoot challenges effectively, ensuring that even complex project issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Requirements 6-8 years of experience with quantitative research methods/ techniques and team/ people management experience. A passion for brands, products and people. An interest in interpreting numbers and turn data into actionable stories for clients. Good experience and knowledge across different research methodologies, from branding, innovation, pricing, segmentation and custom research. Attention to detail, coupled with being able to identify broad, strategic implications. Strong communication skills: oral and written. Pro-active and resourceful in problem solving. Entrepreneurial mentality. Strong team player and team-focused mindset. Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (SPSS is a strong plus).
