Job Summary Provide administrative and data management support to the Contract Department to ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth contract operations. Responsibilities Enter data accurately and maintain up-to-date records for contract-related documents and transactions Assist in preparing accounting reports by tracking invoices and payment records to support financial monitoring Update and organize Excel spreadsheets and databases using formulas, formatting, and data sorting to maintain data integrity Manage filing, document control, and correspondence to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with departmental procedures Collaborate with team members to support contract administration tasks and contribute to department efficiency Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma qualification preferred to support administrative and accounting tasks Basic knowledge of accounting principles to assist in financial record preparation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, formatting, and data sorting, to manage data effectively Prior experience in construction or contracts administration is an advantage Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative and data tasks
