Maintenance Supervisor, Singapore

Job Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all maintenance works, including troubleshooting, ensuring tasks are completed safely, effectively, and on schedule. Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to plan and execute breakdown, preventive, and shutdown maintenance schedules and budgets. Coordinate daily maintenance activities with the Production team and conduct daily toolbox meetings. Inspect sites regularly to identify maintenance needs, potential issues, and improvement opportunities. Conduct risk assessment reviews with contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards. Liaise with professional engineers and service providers for statutory equipment inspections and testing. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and work with management to address and resolve any issues.
Requirements: Diploma in Maintenance related field At least 3 years' experience Fresh Graduates are welcomed
