Run pilot tests with kitchen and operations teams manage rollout timeline and vendor coordination . Track packaging waste reduction metrics before and after transition . Evaluate additional packaging improvements (labels, delivery bags, cutlery, condiment sachets) . Support compliance with Singapore's mandatory packaging reporting under the Resource Sustainability Act 2. AI-Enabled Process Automation 15% of time Identify and deploy AI tools and automation agents to reduce manual tasks across operations: . Map existing manual workflows (order processing, inventory, customer feedback, scheduling) to identify automation opportunities . Evaluate and implement AI agents or no-code automation tools suited to Little Totler's scale . Community Education & School Kitchen Tours 10% of time Design and run sustainability education programmes for school groups visiting the central kitchen: .
