Social Worker (Crisis Shelter), Singapore

We are seeking a compassionate, resilient and competent Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in casework management and working collaboratively with key stakeholders and colleagues to deliver trauma-informed practices to enhance the safety and well-being of our vulnerable women and children who have experienced family violence and trauma.
Roles and Responsibilities Possess at least a recognized Degree in Social Work Perform case management and counselling for our residents Able to plan and implement intervention programmes for our residents Conduct assessments for admission and discharge Prepare and adhere to the timely submission of required reports Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills 4 days work-week, and include 1 weekend Willing to work in a residential setting An individual with at least 2 years of social work-related experience
