Quality Control Inspector, Singapore

Job Responsibilities: Perform incoming material inspections according to Work Instructions (WI). Carry out in-process and final product inspections in compliance with Quality Procedures (QP) and WI. Ensure material and component traceability is properly maintained throughout the manufacturing process. Update router sheets accurately and ensure proper VM clock in/out procedures are followed. Ensure only calibrated and validated measuring instruments are used during inspections. Report any non-conformance issues to Supervisor or Team Lead promptly. Re-inspect repaired or reworked items before release for further processing or shipment. Prepare and maintain inspection records before delivery to customers. Support daily production and quality activities as assigned by superior. Assist in training and orientating new quality team members on inspection methods, company practices, and procedures. Adhere to company Safety, Quality, and Code of Business Conduct requirements. Support company initiatives such as Total Quality Management (TQM) and Lean Manufacturing programs. Requirements NITEC / O-Level / N-Level qualification. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in Oil & Gas manufacturing. Basic knowledge of ISO9001, Quality Management System (QMS), Quality Control processes, and measuring instruments. Familiar with LDP (Liquid Dye Penetrant) or Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is an advantage. Physically fit with good eyesight. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
