Role Description As a
Marketing Assistant
(Intern-Level), you will work directly with the CEO to develop and execute marketing strategies across a portfolio of innovative companies. This role offers a unique opportunity to observe how businesses scale and navigate obstacles, perfect for someone aspiring to become an entrepreneur. As it's a new role, we are also looking for candidates who are keen on some fluidity in their scope, ultimately shaping it.
Some Key Responsibilities a) Content Creation & Management for Partners & Subsidiaries Assist in crafting compelling copy, visuals, and other content assets. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
b) Paid Advertising for Partners & Subsidiaries Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights/recommendations.
c) Market Research & Analysis for New Opportunities Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging market trends. Present actionable recommendations to refine marketing strategies.
d) Project Coordination Among Different Teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, finance) to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Maintain timelines, manage documentation, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
e) Brand & Community Engagement Support social media and community-building activities. Monitor engagement metrics, gather feedback, and propose improvements.
Qualifications Digital Skills: Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media platforms. Creative Aptitude: Basic design sense and ability to collaborate with designers or use design tools. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting data and metrics to improve campaign performance. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and think innovatively. Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
