About the Role Join a high-impact strategic finance team where you will drive key business decisions, shape growth strategy, and work on high-visibility projects across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead
FP&A activities
including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Partner with leadership to deliver
actionable insights and strategic recommendations Drive
high-impact initiatives
such as M&A, new market expansion, and transformation projects Build and maintain
advanced financial models
to support decision-making and investment opportunities Develop
business cases
and conduct post-investment reviews to evaluate performance and ROI Identify opportunities for
process improvements
to enhance efficiency and scalability Analyze
key business drivers and performance metrics
to guide strategy Integrate and synthesize data across multiple sources to generate meaningful insights Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, engineering, and commercial teams Perform
scenario and sensitivity analysis
to support dynamic decision-making Evaluate cost-benefit outcomes and track performance against projections What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in
strategic finance / FP&A , ideally within a high-growth environment Strong expertise in
financial modelling and business analysis Proven ability to translate data into
strategic insights and business decisions Excellent
communication and presentation skills , with exposure to senior stakeholders Highly detail-oriented with strong project execution capabilities Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in
healthcare or startup environments
is a plus Familiarity with
capital markets and fundraising activities
