Key Responsibilities: Handle technical-related customer enquiries via calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information. Support the Technical team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions. Assist in the review and processing of contracts, ensuring all terms and deliverables are clearly documented and aligned with company policies. Maintain and update contract records, pricing agreements, and customer databases accurately. Monitor contract milestones and deliverables, and follow up with stakeholders on renewals, extensions, or service obligations. Coordinate with engineers to ensure feasibility and accurate specifications in quotations. Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling support staff shifts, coordinating meetings, and managing team calendars. Build and maintain good relationships with clients by acting as a reliable point of contact for contract- or quotation-related queries. Generate regular reports on quotation activity, contract status, and support issues. Work closely with the Operations and Logistics teams to support order fulfilment, installation, or deployment of solutions.
Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Sales Support Executive, quotations, and/or contract administration. Strong attention to detail, especially in handling pricing, terms, and specifications. Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. A team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
