Working Hours: Monday to Wednesday 9am to 6pm Thursday & Friday 9am to 5pm Saturday 8am to 3pm
Working Location: Somerset Client Experience & Sales Executive (Healthcare | Front Desk | Call & WhatsApp Management) Heartland Rehab is a growing group of physiotherapy and allied-health clinics across Singapore. We're looking for a calm, confident, and people-oriented individual to manage all incoming enquiries and leads across our platforms. If you enjoy speaking with people, helping them take the next step, and working in a structured environment - this role is for you. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally as the first point of contact for patients and enquiries across phone calls, WhatsApp, website enquiries, online promotions, and referrals Guide clients by explaining available services clearly and assist them in booking appointments accurately Follow up with clients on enquiries and self-booking links to ensure engagement and appointment confirmation Coordinate with therapists and internal teams to schedule appointments and resolve client needs efficiently Maintain detailed records of client interactions and lead management activities following established processes and SOPs Manage multiple enquiries simultaneously while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor Deliver a smooth, professional client experience from initial contact through appointment booking and follow-up Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in healthcare or call-centre environments (training will be provided) Strong communication skills for phone and WhatsApp interactions Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing enquiries and client information Customer-focused mindset with a natural service orientation Able to work in a fast paced environment Why Join Heartland Rehab Meaningful work in healthcare Clear systems and support Training provided Exposure to a growing multi-clinic organisation Stable role with growth opportunities To apply, please send your application to
