Location: Jurong east Workhours: 9am to 6pm / Mon-Fri Salary: Up to $3500 with AWS + VB Responsibilities Organizes travel arrangements including hotel, hire car and visa, work permits, where required. Updating of travel data files, personnel data base, controlled documents To support sales engineers/customers in providing all quotations Assist in monitoring and updating job forecast schedule Occasionally required to work outside the normal office hours or weekends (home base or office) due to changing service demands. Assisting other team members as required
Requirements Experience of using ERP systems / strong Microsoft Excel skills Sales and purchase ledger input experience Understanding of working with ISO9001 quality system Experience in travel arrangement, visa application Proficient with the application of the MS-Office software package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, mail systems, Lotus Notes) and some experience of using Oracle ERP system
