Warehouse Executive, Singapore

Duties & Responsibilities: Manage the inventory movement in the warehouse and across site. Ensure timely update for the transaction such as receipt, put away, and issuing of goods. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all warehouse activities Optimize warehouse layout and organization for space and time efficiency. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Implement inventory control measures to minimize errors and discrepancies. Supervise the use of material handling equipment. Participate in the continuous improvement of the logistics and warehousing function within the Operations Department with the aim of ensuring optimum level of resource utilization to meet project needs. Review and update work process which include setting up of Warehouse Management System. Provide reports to management as required. Manage the movement of Tools and Equipment's across Project Site and HQ. Periodic audit of tools and equipment at project sites. Provide training and guidance to ensure the Team understand and align with the Company Policy. Oversee the daily operations of the Warehouse, WSH, Security matters. Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications & Experience:
Knowledge and experience using a Warehouse Management System Proficient with MS office applications Excellent written / verbal English Good Customer Service Experience Career Level Junior Executive Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Degree Years of Experience-3 years Experience in warehousing management preferred
