Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and customization of Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager solutions for clients. Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements. Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards in Wealth Management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meet client needs. Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure seamless integration of Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager with existing client systems. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all project phases, including requirements, design, and testing. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower clients with the knowledge to effectively use the implemented solutions. Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or risks that may arise. Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients, ensuring optimal performance of the implemented solutions. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Wealth Management and related technologies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies. Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements Possess extensive experience in implementing and customizing Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager. Demonstrate a deep understanding of Wealth Management principles and practices. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client requirements. Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. Hold a relevant certification in Triple A Plus or Temenos Wealth Manager. Have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects in a hybrid work model. Possess a strong technical background with the ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts.
Certifications Required: Certification in Triple A Plus or Temenos Wealth Manager is mandatory.
