Software QA Tester (IT Industry), Singapore

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to drive quality across the Agile development lifecycle. You will design and execute test strategies, ensuring delivery of reliable, secure, and high-quality software while collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design and execute test strategies, plans, and cases based on acceptance criteria Perform manual and automated testing across functional, integration, system, and UAT stages Contribute to test automation and continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines Identify, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with developers Support Agile teams with early and frequent testing in each sprint Prepare UAT artefacts, validate functionality, and ensure audit-ready documentation Maintain clear test plans, results, and defect reports Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years in software QA/testing
within Agile environments Strong experience in
manual and automated testing Familiarity with tools such as
