Compliance Analyst, Singapore

Job Overview We are seeking a Compliance & Regulatory Operations professional to support and manage regulatory, compliance, and governance-related activities in Singapore. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and regulators, particularly the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), to ensure ongoing compliance, accurate reporting, and readiness for audits. The role requires strong coordination skills, regulatory discipline, and the ability to manage documentation, reporting, and follow-ups across teams.
Key Responsibilities Regulatory & MAS Liaison Act as a point of coordination for matters related to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Support regulatory calls, follow-ups, and action items with MAS and internal stakeholders Assist in regulatory communications and information requests Policies & Procedures Draft, review, and maintain internal policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure documentation completeness and accuracy Track updates and ensure timely revisions of policies Audit & Compliance Readiness Support internal and external audit preparation Coordinate document collection and responses for audit and regulatory reviews Maintain audit trails and compliance records Regulatory Reporting Prepare and support MAS reporting and other regulatory submissions Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of regulatory reports Track reporting deadlines and regulatory obligations Training & Internal Enablement Support compliance-related training sessions (e.g. internal training, onboarding, knowledge transfer) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure understanding of compliance processes Internal Coordination & Governance Participate in regular governance or operational meetings (e.g. weekly sales / operational calls where relevant) Act as a coordination bridge between Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Business teams Track action items and follow up on deliverables
Requirements 3–6+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory operations, or governance Experience dealing with regulators, preferably MAS or Singapore-regulated entities Strong understanding of regulatory documentation, reporting, and audit processes High attention to detail with strong documentation skills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders Organized, structured, and comfortable following up on regulatory matters
Preferred Prior experience in fintech, payments, or regulated financial institutions Familiarity with AML/CFT frameworks and regulatory reporting in Singapore Experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections
