Immediate Role Overview This role involves working in the
Female Onsen area , where staff are required to access female baths and changing rooms. Due to privacy considerations,
female candidates are preferred . You will support customer service and ensure smooth daily operations within the female onsen zone. Key Responsibilities . Serve customers with warmth and professionalism . Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of female onsen facilities and changing areas . Count and manage towels, yukata, and onsen amenities . Replenish toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, etc.) . Assist customers with inquiries and explain onsen etiquette . Report issues promptly to the supervisor Requirements . Immediate availability preferred . Good command of spoken and written English . Team player with a positive service mindset . Physically fit (lifting towels, stocking amenities, light cleaning) .
