Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Sales & Target Achievement Promote beauty treatments, packages, and skincare products.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell services with confidence and professionalism.
3. Customer Experience Excellence Provide outstanding customer service in a warm and friendly manner.
Ensure clients enjoy a comfortable and premium experience.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
4. Team Collaboration & Outlet Support Work closely with therapists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the outlet.
