Senior Research & Development Engineer, Singapore

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior R&D Engineer to lead product development initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative technologies in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead new product design based on customer requirements and manage associated documentation. Support and enhance existing products through feedback-driven improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product cost, quality, and delivery. Provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle. Assist in project management for new product development. Contribute to process improvements and other assigned engineering tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics. At least 3 years of experience in product development within the medical device industry. Strong background in mechanical design, including complex plastic and metal components. Proficient in 3D modeling software.
