Geotechnical Engineer, Singapore

Responsibilities: Create analytical 2D and 3D models using Plaxis 2D /3D Carry out detailed geotechnical engineering design and calculations for earth retaining structures and slope stability Prepare geotechnical design calculation reports and drawings Review soil investigation reports and preparing interpretative reports Advise on various types of ground monitoring instruments, and review monitoring results Attend design and site meetings, when required. Requirements: Graduated with Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering Familiar with Plaxis 2D/3D software Good communication and inter-personal skills, and project management skills Familiar with Eurocode design procedures Familiar with local building regulations regarding geotechnical work Preferably 3 years' experience in geotechnical design in a consultancy firm.
