Job Responsibilities: Handle enquiries and manage reservations or bookings for clients Communicate with clients via phone and in person to provide information and assistance Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for clients or patients Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure a positive experience Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk and reception area Ensure service standards and operational procedures are followed Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operations Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma in any field Prior experience in customer service or front-facing roles is an advantage Able to work independently and in a team Able to start immediately or on short notice Interested candidates are invited to email your resume to: (HIDDEN TEXT)
