Role Description The Social Media Strategist / Community Engagement Specialist / Influencer Marketing Executive is responsible for developing social media strategies, managing online communities, and executing influencer marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, audience engagement, and digital growth. This role focuses on content planning, community interaction, influencer partnerships, campaign optimization, and customer engagement while supporting brand positioning and business objectives across digital platforms. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing social media strategies, audience engagement plans, and influencer marketing campaigns aligned with business goals Managing social media platforms, content calendars, community interactions, and digital communication activities Monitoring social media KPIs, engagement metrics, follower growth indicators, campaign performance outcomes, and brand sentiment analysis Collaborating with marketing, branding, multimedia, product, and customer success teams on integrated campaign initiatives Supporting influencer outreach, partnership management, campaign coordination, and content collaboration activities Conducting audience research, competitor analysis, trend evaluations, and customer behavior assessments to optimize engagement strategies Preparing campaign reports, social media insights, and strategic recommendations for management review Driving process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives across social media and community functions Managing CRM engagement, customer feedback handling, and online reputation management activities Supporting multimedia storytelling, digital advertising, and brand advocacy programs across social platforms Staying updated on creator economy trends, AI-driven content tools, platform algorithms, and emerging digital marketing practices Ensuring brand consistency, communication quality, and audience engagement standards across all digital channels Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Multimedia Design, or related field 2–7 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, community engagement, or digital marketing roles Strong understanding of social media strategies, influencer partnerships, audience engagement, and digital branding methodologies Experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and campaign reporting tools Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, and digital advertising platforms is advantageous Excellent communication, storytelling, creativity, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple campaigns, communities, and influencer partnerships effectively Strong customer-focused and brand growth mindset Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, retail, e-commerce, media, gaming, entertainment, or technology-driven environments is an advantage Key Competencies
